All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

Guests must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation.

By making a booking, you enter into a legally binding contract with the Hotel.

Accurate personal and payment information must be provided at the time of booking.

All room rates are quoted in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Additional local taxes or charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed during booking.

Full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the rate selected.

The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit or debit cards prior to arrival.

Check-in time: 3:00 PM

Check-out time: 10:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out is available on request and subject to availability and additional charges.

Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate and room type booked and will be clearly stated at the time of booking. Guests have the right to fair and transparent contract terms in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Failure to arrive without prior cancellation may result in a no-show charge.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with the selected rate conditions.

Guests are expected to behave respectfully and comply with hotel rules during their stay.

The Hotel reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay without refund in the event of inappropriate, illegal, or disruptive behavior.

Smoking is strictly prohibited.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.

The Hotel’s liability for loss or damage to personal property is limited in accordance with the Hotel Proprietors Act 1956.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes the Hotel’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Pets are allowed on request only.

Guests must contact the Hotel in advance to confirm pet approval.

Additional fees or restrictions may apply.

Children are welcome at the Hotel.

Extra beds or cribs are available on request and subject to availability and additional charges.

The Hotel shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or utility failures.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction. 

The Hotel reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website. 

Unfortunately, we do not offer alterations at this time. However, we are happy to recommend local tailors who can assist you.

We offer a range of sizes from XS to XL. We try to be as inclusive as possible and offer a variety of styles that will flatter different body types.
